The Alpha Course

Sundays 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm

The Alpha Course is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life in a relaxed, friendly setting. The Alpha Course evening begins with dinner, followed by a video talk with host Nicki Gumbel, then coffee and discussion in small groups.

At each session, people enjoy good food, laughter and learning in a fun and friendly atmosphere where no question about life and God is seen as too simple or too hostile... questions like: Is there a God? Why am I here? Where did I come from? Where am I going?

The cost is $6 for the course manual.

Free childcare is provided on site.

This DVD study contains six talks given by Nicky Gumbel at Holy Trinity Brompton that are based on Jesus' radical teaching in the Sermon on the Mount, and suggests ways in which we can apply this teaching to our lives.

Topics include:
How to live and act with integrity
How to respond to difficult people
How to handle conflict
How to become a generous giver
How to pray (and fast) like Jesus
How to handle ambition
