The Excellence We Pursue
Dr. Schellenberg and his staff are dedicated to enhancing the emotional, relational, physical, psychological, historical, and spiritual well-being of all who come for counsel.

While remaining true to our Judeo-Christian heritage, our care-givers apply an eclectic approach in order to help clients resolve their individual issues. Drawing on their training and experience, our clinicians assist clients in becoming both more responsible and proactive.

As psychological care-givers we provide a trans-theoretical approach that aims to provide the most effective methods of intervention and prevention. Our mandate is to provide counseling that is ethical and professional. All of our staff members are mature, sensitive, academically qualified and employ sound psychotherapeutic insights.

The Benefits We Provide
Our longevity and emphasis on the highest academic standards of the day assure our clientele that we bring a great deal of credibility to each counseling session.

All consultations are non-judgmental, strictly confidential, and respectful of the client’s needs to explore personal matters at his/her own pace.

Our service includes psychological testing, assessment of personal aptitudes and learned behaviors, and approaches which may be functioning to the client’s detriment.

Journeying beyond these concerns usually consists of problem identification and implementing steps towards the client’s optimum possibilities. Our counseling is intended to be not only insightful, but practical in nature.

The Opportunities We Offer
Support groups, seminars, and teaching times are often used to further enhance the client’s growth toward well-being.

For over 30 years now, Dr. Schellenberg and staff have served numerous communities in the lower mainland and western Canada. Our counselors are eager to help and use their skills and at times offer their services pro bono.

Financial Policy
In order to ensure that we are able to provide timely services, clients are asked to pay a fee that is reasonable and responsible.

To assist potential clients who may be struggling financially, our “sliding fee scale” policy is often a workable option. This item is thoroughly discussed during our assessment/intake interview.

“Making a difference in people’s lives.”
